It was not until recently after attending a local training seminar, had I realized all of the capabilities of Higher Logic (HL). Our association has had HL for some time now, however, the person that previously managed the platform has been displaced, forcing others at the association to learn more about it's capabilities. We are just now getting more into tracking the online community and coming up with strategies to increase engagement.
