The differentiator of this platform is that it focuses on the healthcare community specifically. This is valuable because there is a verification process where one has to prove that they are a certified professional. If other healthcare organizations like ourselves choose to use the platform, then our members can toggle between communities using the same credentials. Because of this identify verification functionality, it is not an ideal community as an open resource, since there are really tight parameters to be able to join. The platform needs some work, although things are coming along. Their customer service is really good, as we have been dealing with them now very frequently. I would like to see more custom fucntionality and more control on the user level. They will make changes for us, but we have to go through them to do so (one of the reasons why we deal with their customer service so often!)
