We like that LI is a facility with which most professionals are accustomed or at least comfortable navigating the UI, but my organization has many groups we would like to nurture online, and LI doesn't fit that mold. Plus which, we want our users to use single sign on with our current e-commerce site, so that we can better brand it and hopefully keep them coming back for other services.

Linkedin Groups are going from bad to worse

I've administered Linkedin Groups for many years, and the features seem to be getting worse over time. For example, the ability for group admins to private message members en masse has been revoked, and job postings have been moved to a less prominent place within the group. My opinion is that Linkedin is removing features that hinder its ability to maximize their profits. Can you blame them?...
