We purchased this platform when listservs were going away, and we've kept it because of the price. It's not very intuitive for our mostly non-tech association members. It's not fun for them to figure out how to use a site--they just want answers and conversation. Unfortunately many have given up on the site because they didn't want to try to figure it out, so it's lost its value as a community...
