Our association has used the CRM by Abila, NetForum Pro, for a number of years and so went with their community as well. While the CRM is atrocious, the community is pretty good. It's somewhat basic, compared to the newer offerings available now. But it does provide for member engagement through discussion forums and the sharing of resources and files. The biggest drawback is that Abila has determined that they will not continue supporting the community or make any improvements to it. So that means it is essentially dead.
