The Higher Logic platform was easy to build out, even for non-programmers. Since implementation, we've added more data integration and it was very easy. Their team is responsive, helpful and informative. Most striking is their user group community. It is very active and when users don't have answers, the staff jump in. It's all I hoped a user group would be.
