PLOS have worked with Breezio on a project that experimented with collaborative authoring, community review and revisions of scientific research papers for the iGEM project.

The platform is easy to use, customize and for creation new content and spaces, with an intuitive interface both for users and community managers. It is feature heavy but not in a way that can confuse in either set up, use or management of the platform.

What impresses me most about Breezio is the consitently stellar experience I have with them as a company - customer service is excellent, with quick responses to requested enhancements and feature development. They clearly lay out their roadplan and go to great lengths to help you understand where you requirements fit with those of the wider user base. Every conversation and interaction with them is a very positive experience and, from the point of view of someone who has interacted with a number of platform providers in a number of roles, it's this that makes me enthusiastic about them as much as the technology and solutions they offer.
