Not knowing details about most of the other products, I cannot compare HL to the other products.  However our experience has been very positive working with Higher Logic.  We have gotten great feedback from our members on the platform, although we pushed it to its technological limits in a few areas.  Working with them has been very smooth and I believe they are truly committed to our success. We got lots of support during the setup and integration phase, and help desk support has been timely and useful after we got handed off to them.  The platform continues to grow and evolve with lots of offerrings to meet the differring needs of their customers.
