We are a smaller association and so our demands on the community platform are not very great and platform features satisfy the bulk of our needs. However, we have very unhappy with the CMS itself. It is difficult to administer, and to customize pages. Documentation is not adequate. Upgrades/changes to product are done without warning, often breaking pieces that were previously functioning.
It has a vibrant community which is it's most redeeming factor. First line of support is often inadequate.
