Easily create a go-to place for your community

Increasing complexity has had negative effect on end-user experience

Provider sometimes drops functionality when moving to next release

Back-end support from provider is excellent

Future development direction somewhat vague; make all-device compatible or integrate with Intranet?  They are trying to do both at once and not completing either.
