What makes Rasa.io unique is the ability to customize groups and condense notifications into one digest. You may belong to a few groups or committees but if any new content is introduced in one or more of these groups a member belongs to, only get one digest is emailed. The main reason we switched from a standard Listserv to this community was the complaints of too many emails from our association. We can now use this platform to make announcements, share articles and promote our members. Our members post job opportunities, workshops and new publications. It's user friendly and easy to respond.  From the administrative side, it's very easy to maintain. Support from Rasa is fast and responsive.
