We have an external community.  I stepped into this role after we had this platform in place.  We currently use P360 for our database as well so the acquisition of Small World was nice, however, it's just not working for us.  We need a mobile app and the majority of our members have issues with user experience.  It also takes forever to implement new initiatives in the community like a calendar or posting documents.  We also need a better way to search for members within the community.  If you have the time to put into creating a new community, this might work for you, but I think we're going to be looking around at other external facing community platforms.
