We had used V Bulletin in the past it was dying, we moved to Memberclicks when we got a new website and the membership just never got on board.  They wanted instant gradification like Facebook.  They didn't want to have to log into a website.  They wanted something that was mobile friendly.  Memberclicks just didn't do that.
