Our community started out Olympic-level strong; and then faded. Why did it fade? MemberFuse was bought, and then bought again, and now we have been told will be discontinued. Then internally, our structure has changed so that we have a public facing website and all "official" documents are now accessed there rather than in the community. Most of our "bread and milk" "pulls" for member participation have been moved out, so we have had to establish a "new normal." However, we still have an active community with a number of extremely active groups. These groups continue strong because they have an excellent core of members, are positive and reinforcing to each other, and truly appreciate the innate value of community. We also have an AMAZING community manager.  ;-)  I would, without reservation, recommend MemberFuse if it hadn't been discontinued; however, I will have to not recommend it on that basis only.
