First, I would say that my recommendation would be based on what someone is looking for in an online community.  Initially all went well through the implementation and beginning stages. We found it very difficult to find traction with our members and we along with the SWL staff couldn't really find any way to change this. Is it our members? Perhaps.  Is it that it is not as intuitive and easy to use? Maybe.   The site remains largely unused and now we are going to be facing the hard decision of whether to keep it at all.
