We are coming up on the two-year anniversary of our implementation of the Small World Labs community to support our Association’s membership.  The implementation took place before the acquisition of SWL by Personify.  

Our initial implementation and integration exercise was fairly straightforward and the support and care taken by the SWL staff was outstanding.  Over the past year, however, the trajectory of product development and change in the platform has been somewhat less clear.  Part of this may be due to the change in support and account personnel that makes the management of client relations and information flow a little difficult.  It would be great if the company, i.e. Personify, had a program of more clearly publishing major platform and feature changes tied to actual deliverable timeframes so that customers could plan forward-looking strategies more explicitly.  Currently the roadmap is fairly general and has a lot of deliverables within a fairly broad 18-mnonth framework without specifying timeframes or detail.
