After years of being on the platform, we revamped our site and strategy last year.  With a new focus and additional staff resources the platform has allowed us to do so much, host online q and as, create an online presence for in-person events, survey our community, put out member highlights, market our events, automate emails based on action and interests- it goes on and on.  We had not been staying on top of all of the new functionality of the platform, there is so much, but it does need a strategy and an owner to be successful (I would say that is true of any community).  The support from the HL staff has been key to our successes.
